Villa Garibaldi is a lovely 5 bedroomed villa, located in an exclusive residential area of Marina di Pietrasanta, on the Versilia coast, around 300 m from the sea.

Part of the property is a private garden outside furniture and Ping Pong.

Within the garden there is also a dependence where there is a double bedroom with bathroom and the laundry beside. The villa is equipped with a gate and an alarm system, in order to ensure the utmost privacy and safety.

The whole property, made up of a main building (250 sqm - set on 2 floors), can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The main building is divided as follows:

On the ground floor, there is a double living room with sofas and chairs, a dining room with glass table, a TV room and a kitchen, equipped with oven, refrigerator, blender, ice-machine, dishwasher.

First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area divided as follows: three large double bedrooms, including one with ensuite bathroom with shower chromotherapy and another with private balcony. Furthermore, there is a twin room. Following a large, elegant bathroom with chromotherapy bathtub/shower.

The dependence is located inside the garden and consists of a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Threee double bedrooms in the main house have air condition.
