The Villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably host up to 10 people. The Villa has 305m² of living space and comprises of three levels: ground floor, first floor and second floor. Built to entertain its guests, the interior is elegantly decorated both in modern and classic manner. Throughout the Villa is an autonomous heating system, solar panels for hot water, central air-conditioning on the ground floor and split units on the other levels. Wireless internet access is available as well as satellite TV, music and DVD player and smart TVs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, boiler, toaster, dishwasher and separate mini refrigerators do exist in each bedroom. Washing machine and dryer are also provided in the villa.

Ground Floor :
This level has an open air area of approximately 120 m2. There are two stylish living rooms (one of them with a fireplace) and two fine dining areas, all of them overlooking the pool and the blue sea. A fully-equipped kitchen is also found on this level. A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower is also on this floor. Every room on the first floor offers both sea and mountain views.


First Floor and Second Floor:
A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where two luxurious lofts and a marvelous master bedroom are offered. Every loft is designed in maisonette style offering a cozy and elegantly furnished sitting area and an office on the low floor, while a double
bedroom and an en-suite bathroom - one with shower and one with bathtub -are available on the upper floor. One of these lofts is equipped with two bunk-beds, suitable for children. On the same level is the master bedroom, with an area of 65 m2 features a double bed, a fireplace, a cloakroom and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. In addition, a mini fridge in every loft and the master bedroom is offered.

The outdoor area offers ultimate relaxation and panoramic views of the sea. The well maintained garden approximately 1300m² has tropical fruit trees, flowering shrubs, papaya trees and pineapples. You can relax by the pool and recline comfortably from a number of seating areas. The parking lot on the Villa’s entrance is spacious enough to accommodate up to four cars. Villa Leto is the perfect setting for family celebrations with its thoughtfully designed space and features ideal for a holiday villa.

Surrounding Area

Crete is the largest and most populous of the Greek islands, the fifth largest island in the Mediterranean Sea.Crete was the centre of the Minoan civilization (c. 2700–1420 BC), the earliest “high culture” civilization in Europe, which built the first palaces in Europe. The south Crete and especially eastern side (Lassithi Region) has the most virgin places in Crete. The emeralds of the Lybian sea, the Chrissi and Leyki ( or koufonisi ) Islands, not far from the villas coast, can offer you a unique holiday experience.

On the west side is the Ierapetra City, where you can find a boat to Chrissi, and the famous traditional villages Myrtos and Anatolh. Along the way there are plenty of beautifull beaches to swim, like Agia Fotia, Galini, and the Long beach in Koutsounari. On the east side of the villa, you can reach MakriGialos, a traditional village with a beautifull beach, where you can find a boat to Leyki.
