Villa Callani represents the utmost in terms of luxury and service: beautifully decorated, all of the 6 bedrooms in the main villa have air conditioning, the bathrooms are spacious, some with both tubs and showers, and the living area is generous and welcoming with plenty of space.
Alongside the main house, the Pool House boasts the ultimate in wellbeing and relaxation “an authentic Mediterranean Hamm-am". Those enjoying a well-earned break at this Villa will be expertly looked after by the friendly yet unobtrusive maid and cook; they are responsible for daily cleaning and preparing succulent Italian meals - which are not included in the price - in line with the special needs and preferences of guests.
Die Villa is devided as following:
On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, the TV-room, the living room with fireplace, an office, the dining room, a large well equipped kitchen and a separate WC.
On the first floor there is a Billard room and all the 6 bedrooms of the main Villa. All the bedrooms have air condition. The other rooms of the Villa do not have air condition. The bedrooms are as following:
There are 2 double bedrooms with double bed with, each with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower, a double bedroom with 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom with bathtub and a separate shower, a double bedroom with 2 single beds with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Further more there is a double bedroom with 2 single beds and a double bedroom with double bed. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower.
Next to the main Villa there is the Annex building of the Villa. There is a double bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a small living area with kitchenette and TV.
In front of the Villa there is a beautiful well equipped outdoor area and the 5 to 10 metres large private pool.
