This quaint little place called Selca is located on the east side of the island, 36 km from the larger town of Supetar. Selca is well-known for its skilled stonemasons, as evidenced by the parish church from the neo-Romanesque age, the main square and many stone-lined streets. Encouraged by the development of tourism, residents of Selca built a completely new settlement called Puntinak on the coast. Their new stone houses provide a comfortable and luxurious accommodation to its visitors.

The Courtyard of the Villa Dalmacija is surrounded by stone walls that form a beautiful symbiosis with the exterior of the villa embellished by the famous Brac stone. The courtyard of the Villa Dalmacija is very spacious, enriched by lush Mediterranean plants and numerous terraces with wooden plateaus where you can relax and sunbathe on the comfortable loungers. There is also a summer kitchen with a fireplace where you can enjoy preparing Dalmatian specialties. The central part of the courtyard is occupied by a heated swimming pool with counter-current swimming and a Jacuzzi.
The ground floor is connected to a spacious courtyard by large glass sliding doors. The ground floor of the Villa Dalmacija is a vast unit which consists of a living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, as well as an air-conditioned wine cellar.
