The house features a dining room with a glass wall and spectacular view across the pool. The living room has a large sofa and a modern fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen comes with built-in dishwasher, microwave and multi-function electric oven, induction hob with extractor hood, peninsula with brushed black granite top, double-body fridge with freezer, wine cellar and ice maker. Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

Furthermore the Villa has a little gym with another bathroom with shower.

Outside is a large fenced-in garden with ornamental plants, in the garden is an infinity pool overlooking the valley and a Jacuzzi a great choice for moments of wellness and luxury.

Part of the outside equipment is a table for lunch and dining for 8 persons and a big parasol.

The pool is a large 7mx14m which can be heated. There is also a Jacuzzi set in a panoramic position amidst the greenery.
